Liz helped to organize a successful event at the Ambassador's residence. The US Government provided scholarships to 689 high school girls from The Gambia. Liz even wrote the remarks given by the Ambassador (that's him remarking below).
The beach was ours for the basking. We only had to share it with the local fishermen and the local bulls.
